In Episode One I wanted to talk to Steve Rayle, founder and owner of Zumbar Coffee & Tea.* Their roastery is in Sorrento Valley and they have a sister cafe in Cardiff looking out at the Cardiff Kook and the Pacific Ocean.

There are a lot of reasons Roast! West Coast exists, but one of them is Zumbar’s Hummingbird Roast coffee.
