We love getting samples of your coffee products, but before you send…

COFFEE

  • We don’t write reviews of coffee. Coffee tastes are subjective!
  • We may or may not mention it in the newsletter, social media, or in a podcast, but no product placement is guaranteed.
  • We appreciate the samples, but never expect them. Sending coffee will not impact our show content calendars.
  • As a rule, we do not trash or denigrate any products—sample or otherwise. We prefer to abstain from comment, and prefer to use that energy to uplift other products.

EQUIPMENT

  • We DO write reviews on coffee equipment, but only with prior confirmation by e-mail.
  • We take it seriously and actively use the equipment for an extended period of time prior to writing any reviews. See this review of the SimplyGood Coffee Brewer.
  • As a general rule, we do not trash or denigrate a product that we don’t find to be at the caliber expected. We will abstain from writing or commenting on the product entirely if confronted with this situation. Reviews are not guaranteed.
